Our Story

Adele and Noble met on March 9, 2024—Adele's birthday—at Clark's in Houston. What started as a chance encounter at a communal table turned into an unexpected introduction when Noble came over to strike up a conversation. By the end of lunch, he'd earned an invitation to her birthday party that evening.

A few weeks later, they went on their first official date at Kata Robata. They quickly discovered an almost comical number of mutual friends and connections, leaving them wondering how they'd never crossed paths before. Soon, they were making traditions of their own—annual trips to Nantucket, cooking together, and entertaining friends and family.

In July 2026, while celebrating Noble's birthday in Austin, what Adele thought was a boat ride with his family turned into a proposal on Lake Travis. Afterward, their families joined them for a surprise celebration.

Now, they're looking forward to bringing everyone together in New Orleans. Growing up in Lafayette, Adele spent countless weekends in the city with family and friends, and it has always held a special place in her heart. They couldn't think of a better place to celebrate with the people they love.
